The green intestinal tract is from photos of the bottom of my nephew's boot. The red bloody stuff is actually a flower he'd inadvertently tracked in on his retreads. The lips are Jessica Alba's and the eye's are from Vermeer's 'Girl with the Pearl Earring'. The boobs are actully images of Mars.
